A: YES, we carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance, as well as a general liability umbrella. We will be happy to provide you our proof of insurance. All our workers are bonded,
Q: Does Imacuclean provide cleaning supplies?
A: YES, we have extensive partnerships with the best manufacturers of chemical supplies in the country, and we can also provide “Green” supplies. You always have the option of providing your own supplies or having us do it for an additional charge. Where volume warrants, our suppliers are happy to drop ship directly to your premises.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Imacuclean workers are in the field 365 days per year, and are available 24 hours per day; we are very flexible in response to your needs.
Q: Does Imacuclean have an emergency number?
A: YES, we are readily reachable. Our office is open from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM and we are accessible via cell phone on the weekends.
Q: Will the same workers be assigned to us on a consistent basis?
A: YES. Every client’s needs are different, and we pay close attention to detail at the outset in order to assign you workers most suited to your requirements. We will continue to provide you the same crew on an ongoing basis; however, any time you feel we need to make a change for any reason, we always stand ready to accommodate you.
Q: Can I get a quote over the phone?
A: YES, but typically this applies to residential cleaning only. Our Customer Service Representatives quickly will take you through a few questions to gauge the depth of service you require and then will provide you a quote in just a few minutes.
